Another update

7
Not too much has changed over the past week.

Bryan is still experiencing a constant dull headache . . . sometimes worse than others. He is still able to take the Tylenol #3's when needed during the day and of course his regular dose at bedtime.

Things are in an adjustment period with all the kids being home from school now. It makes life interesting and sometimes loud around the house. It can be a challenge for Bryan to come up with ways to cope and still be able to stay home.

He's going for walks when possible (usually in the evening). The whole family – the six of them – have even gone all together in the evening when things have cooled down a bit.

He’s keeping busy with watching a lot of soccer "Hup Holland Hup!" Sometimes he feels the need to just get out and will go along for the drive when someone needs to do an errand.

Bryan looks forward to when he is able to start doing more. He is still very limited on what he can do and how much . . . and for how long. He is learning a lesson on patience.

Bryan has another scheduled appointment with his surgeons in the middle of July. He is looking forward to meeting with them to get some answers as to where he goes from here.

Your support, encouragement and prayers continue to be a blessing to Bryan and his family.

Hi Bryan
Ken and I are pleased to read these updates since we can't talk and visit in person. For heaven's sake, do as the doctors and Michelle tell you :):) We are patient and will wait to see you for as long as it takes,
God Bless you and keep you.
Love from the Queen and Ken.

Hi Bryan;

Just wanted to let you know that my BELATED wishes for your birthday did not appear for you. So sorry. But I did send you a musical card. Even I'm watching the soccer, now that Holland has made it to the finals! HUP HOLLAND, HUP!

The best to you, and greetings,
Ebby

Hey Bryan, Michelle, Brianna, Zac, Cassandra and Samantha, hope you are doing well and enjoying your holidays. So glad to hear that things are going in the right direction. Bryan we wish you must patience during this time of healing and recovery. Would love to cook you another meal sometime just to give you a break Michelle. Maybe not anything that involves alot of chewing for you Bryan. I guess the sausage was not easy for you to eat. I will call sometime soon and maybe take the kids for the afternoon to the beach if that;s o.k. We continue to pray for your family and for continued healing Bryan. I;ll call soon.

We were so moved that you were able to attend church yesterday Bryan. We are disappointed that we were not there to say "hi" I hope that it was not too overwhelming for you and that it can become part of your routine again. See you when we get back!
